Eric went above and beyond for us when our water heater quit. He returned our call immediately (even from a doc appointment) and came right over to help. He squeezed us in to his schedule and kept in touch through the whole job. Eric was great to work with and I would recommend him to everyone. I'm not sure I can truly paint just how impressed I am. Eric sociable, conscientious, and did such a great job with messy old plumbing. I am delighted with the amount of space that's under my kitchen sink now vs. the jumble of piping that used to be there. I have all this room, and all for less than was estimated, which is always a positive. I'm now eager to have him back in a few months for a bathroom redo!
